Bugsy Malone is set in Chicago in the 1920's-1931 in the Prohibition ere.
Prohibition ere was a nationwide constitutional ban on the sale, production, importation, and transportation of alcoholic beverages that remained in place from 1920 to 1933, It was lead by Democratic and Republican Parties.

Story of Bugsy Malone:
Fat Sams Bodygard "Roxy Robinson" Is "splurged", and at the Speak-Easy there is singing and dancing but Fat Sam is worried at Dandy Dan will come to the Speak-Easy and take over, Mean while Bugsy Bumbs in to Blousy Brown, a Aspring singer she comes for an aurdition but Fat Sam is to distracted and asks her to come back tomrrow,  Talluah talks to Bugsy and tell him she likes him and gives him and kiss on the forehaed, Fat Sam hires Bugsy to go along to a meeting with Dandy Dan, The meeting turns out to be a trap but Bugsy helps Fat Sam escape, Fat Sam pays Busgy $200 but Bugsy gets mugged and loses the $200 Bugsy is saved but Leory Smith and Bugsy introduces Lerory to Cagey Joe and they begin Training to become a boxer, Bugsy and Leory follow Dandy Dan to a warehouse where they find guns being stashed but the two of them can not take them on there selfs so they find the "Down and Outs". They steel the guns and take them back to Fat Sams just as Dandy Dan arrives and Chaos breaks out and pie hits the piano player hitting a single bass note Silence breaks out and then they realise they can all be friends.
